An Post Ras May 23rd / 24th Kilrush. Finish of Stage 2 and Start of Stage 3 of this 8Day International Cycling Event. The ‘An Post Rás is an eight day cycle raceorganised in Ireland since 1953. Pronunciation aid : ‘RÁS’ is Irish for ‘Race’ and is pronounced ‘RAW-s’. The event has been formally known as the ‘Ras Tailteann’ and is sometimes referred to abroadas the ‘Rás’ or ‘Tour of Ireland’.
